Shipping and Refund Policy


Shipping Policy


Your order will ship within 5 to 7 business days. Your order will not be shipped on USPS holidays or the weekends to ensure your succulents are not in extended darkness which is detrimental to the plants. For subscription boxes, you will be put on a shipping schedule after your first box. Euflora only ships to the 50 United States. 

IMPORTANT: Please make sure to unwrap your plants immediately!

Refund Policy


If your items arrive damaged or broken, you will need to notify us within 48 hours of its arrival with images of the damaged pieces. At that time, we will assess the situation and will either re-ship, provide a refund, or reject the claim if we do not feel that the claim is valid. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Returns on Damaged Plants

You will have 48 hours from the time your shipment was delivered to notify us of damaged plants. Pictures must be sent. Depending on the image, we will determine if the issue can be resolved with additional care instructions or if a refund or replacement plant needs to be sent in its place. All damage reports can be emailed to hello@shopeuflora.com. We will not accept plant returns.

Euflora not responsible for damage done by extreme weather. Your Euflora team will determine if you need a heat pack for your shipment and add one free of charge. This will be determined by the plants being shipped, the season and your shipping address.

Returns on Broken Vessels & Other Pieces

You will need to report any damaged goods (planters, DIY Kits etc) within 48 hours of delivery. We will require that pictures of the damaged items be sent for us to review, at which time we will determine whether to replace the item immediately or provide a refund. Please email all damage reports to hello@shopeuflora.com.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about the return.
